Suggested itineraries

One of Wikitinera's aims is to give the traveller the possibility to know a certain territory in its most typical and genuine aspects. Our itineraries aim to understand all the aspects which define the specific identity character of the land you are visiting: the environment, the history, the architecture,  the traditions, and, obviously, the food&wine.

When we believe that an itinerary provides those mentioned features, essential to us, even if it's not directly proposed by our staff, it is marked as a Suggested Itinerary: a way to guarantee the traveller that the proposed track offers a representative picture of that specific territory.

A thematic route can also become a Suggested Itinerary, when the picture it offers is representative of how much the territory has to offer in relation to that specific topic.
